Kinya Jennings Winn, born and raised in Forkland, Alabama is a lifelong resident of West Alabama.  She joined Hamner Real Estate, LLC in September 2017 after four years in the business and earning Rookie of the Year in 2013. 

Her excitement, friendly smile, and warm personality are contagious! She has made her mark throughout Tuscaloosa and surrounding cities through her dedication to listing and selling real estate.

Kinya and her husband, Luther Winn III, are the proud parents of twins, Kohlman and Kelby. She graduated from Stillman College in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree, then earned her master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy State University–Montgomery in 2002. She works hard, plays hard, and loves exploring all that Tuscaloosa and the surrounding area have to offer.

She stays busy with the things she loves—family, real estate, travel, the Tuscaloosa community, and volunteering. Her leadership experience includes serving in the Tuscaloosa Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors, chairing the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors Community Projects Committee in 2018, serving as Director of the West Alabama Multiple Listing Service, Inc., and as 2020 WAMLS Secretary. She currently serves on the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
